Keep in mind internet banking security tips to avoid the risk of fraudulent attacks, scams and unauthorised transactions.
- To log in, enter the Bank's website address https://www.dcbbank.com. In the browser. Never access the Bank website from a link provided in emails from non-reliable sources. Be disciplined while clicking links, files, tabs from all sources. Double check and be cautious. This will minimise accidental clicking for malicious websites.
- Look for the padlock symbol on the address bar of your browser before you enter your login ID and password. On clicking the lock, you can see the digital certificate and other details related to the website. Proceed only if such verification is available.
- Regularly log into your internet banking account and check your bank statements to ensure all transactions are legitimate.
- Avoid accessing DCB Internet Banking from a public or shared computer or through unsecure Wi-Fi network. When this is unavoidable, always use the Virtual Keypad to input your login credentials (show image).
- Log out from DCB Internet Banking after you complete your transaction every time. Don‟t just shut your browser.
- Don‟t disclose your password to anyone, it is personal and confidential.
- Never use the browser option to remember passwords (disable Auto Complete function).
- Go to settings option of the browser to clear browser cache and history after each session so that your account information is removed, especially if you are using a shared computer.
- Beware of pop-up windows that ask for your account number and PIN (Personal Identification Number). DCB Bank login pages are always on a web page and never in a pop-up window.
- Use licensed software. Pirated or unauthorised software have higher chances of infecting your device.
- Regularly update your computer with the latest security patches for your operating system, browser and email client.
- Use anti-virus, anti-spyware and personal firewalls to safeguard your computer system at all times.
- Set up an e-mail and SMS alerts for fund transactions In case of any discrepancy, immediately contact DCB Customer Care 022 6899 7777, 040 6815 7777or email customercare@dcbbank.com.
- Ensure that you have installed latest anti–virus, anti-spyware, and personal firewall, security patches on your computer or high end mobile phone or pads.
- Please contact your cell phone service provider if your phone or SIM is not receiving SMS or calls for an extended period of time. Do reconfirm with them that your SIM and phone number are safe and not cloned. If the cell phone service provider confirms that your phone number or SIM is compromised, cloned or duplicated, urgently contact DCB Customer Care 022 6899 7777, 040 6815 7777or email customercare@dcbbank.com.

- Operative Accounts: is a summary of all the Savings, Current, Cash Credit and Overdraft accounts of yours.
- Deposit Accounts: a summary of all the Fixed Deposit accounts.
- Loan Accounts: summary of all the DCB Loan accounts of yours. E.g. Working Capital, Payless Loan, Vehicle Loan, Tractor Loan.
- Relationship view: a consolidated balance of all type of accounts such as Fixed Deposits and Current Accounts.

Select the option “manage beneficiary” under the “Transfer tab”. The beneficiaries for both, within the Bank and of other banks need to be added through this option
It is a simple procedure of adding a beneficiary only once and the enabled for modes of funds transfer i.e. RTGS, NEFT and IMPS.
Yes! You will be able to initiate transactions up to INR 50,000 during the first 24 hours of registering the beneficiary. INR 5 Lakh is permitted in the next 24 hours post addition of beneficiary, and after 24 hours, transact as per the desired limit.
Fund transfer options through the “Transfer Tab” are:
- Own Account Fund Transfer: transfer funds to your DCB Account.
- Within DCB Fund Transfer: transfer funds to other accounts in DCB Bank.
- Other Bank Fund Transfer: transfer funds to accounts of other banks. There are 3 networks for other bank fund transfer: RTGS, NEFT, or IMPS.
History of transfers done online can be viewed through the, Funds Transfer History‟ option.
Track Transfers – use this menu to track different types of transactions.
- View Completed Transfers - your completed transactions will be visible here.
- View Saved Transfers - your saved transactions will be visible here.
- View Scheduled Transfers -your scheduled transactions will be visible here.
- View Recurring Transfers - your recurring (repetitive) transactions will be visible here.
- View all Transfers - all transactions are visible here.
- View Approval Queue – in the event of maker checker role the transactions that require your approval come under this menu.
You can click on the account number shown against each account under the account summary option to view the details of the transactions in your account.
You can view a maximum of 90 days transactions in a single attempt under the transaction enquiry option.
You can do multiple fund transfers in one go by using, Add Entry‟ features. All the entries added will get approved with a single OTP.
Maker - Checker facility means that for each transaction there must be at least two user IDs necessary for its completion. While one user may create a transaction, the other user will have to ensure authorisation of the same. However, this is optional and is based on the mode of operation for your account.
Transaction limits are based on specific Board Resolution or declaration letter provided by you and is subject to prevailing Bank‟s policies in this regard.

Yes, you can open Fixed Deposits through DCB Business Internet Banking. You can start DCB Fixed Deposit by transferring funds from an existing account with us. You have to access the „Open Deposits” tab and click on “Fixed Deposit”. The same can also be accessed from the Online Services section, choose the maturity instruction, term and amount and specify the account to be debited. After authorisation confirmation, an acknowledgement for the deposit will be displayed.
Yes, you can renew your Fixed Deposit and set maturity instructions.
Please visit your DCB Bank Branch for premature repayment of Fixed Deposit.
The "statement‟ option is in the page under “Statements “tab. Select the option of viewing “mini” or “detailed” statement. Alternatively click on “General Services” and then click “Account Statement Request “option for the account you wish to view.
First download the account statement in both PDF, CSV, or XLS format and print the statement of accounts on your browser.

Yes. The option is available under the tab “Transfers”.
One Time Password (OTP) is an additional security feature to protect your account from online fraud. OTP is a six digit numeric code sent to your mobile and email ID registered with the Bank. OTP is confidential and should not be shared with anyone.
In addition to the Internet Banking user ID, login password and transaction password, you are required to enter OTP as an additional measure to protect your account from risk of credential exposure.
You will be asked to enter the OTP at the time of payee addition and fund transfer. The OTP will be triggered both at maker and checker level.
Please check if the mobile number/email ID registered in DCB Business Internet Banking account is correct. To update mobile number/email ID, you can submit a request at any of the nearest DCB Bank branch or your Relationship Manager.
No. The OTP is valid for one login session. The OTP is a dynamic password and is valid for the current session only.
You are required to change the password the first time you login to DCB Business Internet Banking. Thereafter, if you wish to change your password, „Change My Password‟ option is available on the home page of DCB Business Internet Banking. To change the password, all you have to do is click on the „Change My Password‟ link. Enter your old password and the new password twice, in the space provided. After entering all the required data, click the „Update‟ button.
You get 4 attempts to log into the system. On failure of the fourth consecutive attempt to log in, your User ID gets locked and the passwords become invalid for future logins to DCB Internet Banking.
In the event you are unable to login to DCB Business Internet Banking due to lost password or blocked User ID, apply for DCB Business Internet Banking password by:
- Visit any DCB Bank Branch with a request letter. The password will be sent to your mailing address as updated in Bank’s record or through green channel (electronic delivery of passwords on your registered email id and mobile number)
The customer's authorised user can send their request in our prescribed format (available on the website https://www.dcbbank.com/forms-business-internet-banking) signed by their authorised signatories (as per MOP) through email. The request has to be from their registered email ID, addressed to DCB Customer Care email ID customercare@dcbbank.com along with the scanned request letter (only PDF format). The password will be split into two - one half of the password will be sent on the registered email ID and the other half on the registered mobile number of the relevant user. The user would be required to combine both the passwords and log in to the system by inputting the password received on email first followed by the password received on SMS. This password is valid for 24 hours.
This facility is free for DCB Business Account holders.
