You only need to have a valid DCB Debit Card. DCB Personal Internet Banking or DCB Mobile Banking registration is not required. However, we do encourage you to download DCB Mobile Banking app and register for DCB Internet Banking to enjoy banking 24 x 7.

The following identification parameters are mandatory to create PIN online:

• You should have valid DCB Debit Card.
• Your mobile number and/or email ID should be registered with the Bank.

One Time Password is a temporary code communicated via SMS and, or email to customer. This is an additional factor to ensure security of your transaction. As OTP is a temporary code generated by the system, it is valid for only a specified time period.

The One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number and, or email ID (registered with the Bank) and by accessing either you will be able to get the OTP. Your mobile number should mandatorily be registered with the Bank if you wish to avail this service.
