Corporate Social Responsibility: Connecting Communities
At DCB Bank, we believe that building a sustainable future requires meaningful collaboration and integration with communities. Contributing to holistic community development is one of our core values and remains central to our approach towards Corporate Social Responsibility.
Recognising the importance of creating sustainable resources and fostering long-term environmental stewardship, our key CSR focus areas include water conservation, waste management, recycling, promotion of waste-to-energy and renewable energy solutions, preservation of archaeological and historical sites, and support for technology incubators at academic institutions.
At the Heart of the Matter…

Give back to society – contribute, is amongst our Bank’s values. Our focus on water, renewables, recycling, waste management, tree plantation and biodiversity enhancement, sustainable livelihood and clean up projects involve DCBians, volunteers and partnerships with beneficiaries in communities across India.
DCBians are driven by genuine passion to care for vulnerable communities. Climate change, scarcity of good clean and usable water, microplastics, landfills…we see it, we feel it, we act on it…in sync with the CSR thematic areas. Our partners in the field, the beneficiaries with their keen involvement at the start of a programme ensure ownership, sustainability and viability for the long term.
