Important
- For balance enquiry, DCB Bank will send the balance amount information for your primary account linked to the registered mobile number. Additionally, you will receive information on ‘Funds in Clearing’ and ‘Shortfall’ with respect to your account. There is a restriction of a maximum of four such requests per day.
- Cheque book request will be processed for primary DCB Bank accounts. The status of what is a primary account/s can be simple checked by contacting DCB Customer Care 022 6899 7777 or 040 6815 7777. Customer Care shall also accept valid request to change the valid primary account. There is a restriction of a maximum of four such requests a day.
- In case of email statement of accounts, statement will be sent to your registered email ID. There will be a restriction of maximum 7 such statements a month.
- In the event that your mobile number is associated or linked with more than one DCB customer ID, DCB Bank will consider your oldest customer ID to fetch the details.
