Registration

Register for DCB Personal Internet Banking at any DCB Bank branch by filling in the Customer Request Form. Alternatively, please contact DCB Customer care from your registered mobile number or visit www.dcbbank.com > Login > Personal Internet Banking > Register for Personal Internet Banking, to register using DCB Debit Card details.

Passwords

You now have the option to create the passwords online. 
Follow these simple steps. Select your Internet PIN (IPIN) and start transacting:

  • Step 1: Log on to www.dcbbank.com and click ‘Internet Banking – Personal’ option.
  • Step 2: Click on the internet banking password generation link to generate login password.
  • Step 3: Enter your account information and opt for a One Time Password (OTP).
  • Step 4: Upon receipt of the OTP on your registered mobile number, enter the OTP on the password creation page.
  • Step 5: On successful authentication, create the password of your choice.   “Click here” to create your IPIN now!
