- Enter your User ID and Password.
The user ID is the same as your Customer ID. Two types of passwords exist, namely ‘sign in and the other, ‘transaction’ passwords have been issued. Please use the sign-in password to access DCB Personal Internet Banking. A transaction password will be required for the security and authentication of your financial transactions. If you are accessing DCB Personal Internet Banking for the first time, you will be prompted to change the Sign-in Password.
You are required to change your password the first time you log in to DCB Personal Internet Banking. Thereafter, please change your password at regular intervals. The ‘Change Password’ option is available on the home page if you are advised to change DCB Personal Internet Banking. To change the password, all you have to do is click on the ‘Change Password’ link. Enter your old password (once) and the new password (twice) as indicated on the website page. You get 3 attempts to log into the system.
