Ramp Facility at Branches and ATMs
DCB Bank offers ramp facilities at specific branches and ATMs to help people with mobility challenges. Ramps make it easier for those using wheelchairs, walkers, or strollers to enter premises independently. This ensures that everyone can access banking services conveniently and safely, including the elderly and individuals with temporary injuries.

ATMs with Braille Keypad and Talking Feature
DCB Bank provides braille facilities at its ATMs to assist visually impaired people. Braille allows individuals to read through touch, helping them use ATMs independently. This feature promotes independence and inclusion, ensuring visually impaired customers can access banking services conveniently and confidently.
Doorstep Banking Services
DCB Bank offers select banking services at doorstep for senior citizens and differently abled customers.
- Pick up of cheques.
- Pick up of account opening and KYC documents.
- Pick up of instructions such as RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, nominee update form, fixed deposit creation request, Form 15G/H submission, cheque book request, PIN generation request.
- Delivery of statements of accounts, deposit confirmation, Form 15G/H, certificates of interest and tax deduction, balance confirmation, demand drafts, pay order, fixed deposit confirmation advice, etc.
- Cheque book issuance through a requisition slip or any other mode without insisting on physical presence at the branch.
- Automatic conversion of status to senior citizen basis the date of birth maintained in the Bank's records.
Eligibility for doorstep banking services
- Customers with updated KYC
- Accounts in operative status (inoperative and dormant accounts are excluded)
- Accounts without any freeze/ restrictions in operations
- Accounts with Power of Attorney can be operated only at the home branch
Please note service charges for banking services at the doorstep, if any, will be communicated at the time of offering the services. To avail the services please refer below points:
• Either contact DCB Customer Care and place the request
• Or personally visit the DCB Bank branch to submit the request for this purpose
Exception:
• In case an individual is unable to complete Aadhaar e-KYC authentication due to injury,
illness, old age or similar reasons, the Bank will accept the Aadhaar number along with offline
verification or a certified copy of any other Officially Valid Document (OVD).
