The DCB Business Banking App (BBA) is a secure and convenient mobile banking platform that allows business customers manage their accounts, transactions, and finances directly from their smartphone or tablet anytime, anywhere.
The app is available to business account holders who are registered for DCB Business Internet Banking (BIB). Both proprietors and authorised signatories of business accounts may use it based on their access rights.
The customers who are given access for DCB Business Internet Banking and DCB Business Banking App are: Proprietorships, Partnership Accounts, LLP, Private and Public Limited Company Accounts, Trusts and Associations, Society Accounts, Foreign Banks and Exchange Houses.
Customers may request their DCB Bank Relationship Manager or the branch for the application form (DCB Business Internet & Mobile Banking Application Form [DCB BIM Banking Form]) and submit supporting documents such as the Board resolution and other related documents to access and use DCB Business Banking App.
To register for both DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App, you are required to furnish the documents listed hereunder:
• DCB Business Internet and Mobile Banking Application form (DCB BIM Banking Application form). This document is available in the Forms section on the DCB Bank website https://www.dcb.bank.in/customer-care/forms
• DCB Business Banking App – Activation Request Form (standalone form) for existing Business Internet Banking customers
• Board Resolution signed by all authorised signatories
• KYC documents (if applicable. Please refer to the KYC guideline section herein)
• Indemnity agreement (only if limit requested is more than ₹1 Crore)
• Additional documents, if any, requested by the Bank
The DCB Bank relationship manager or product sales manager will help with the application forms and Board Resolution formats.
Please note that only customers registered for DCB Business Internet Banking are eligible to apply to register on DCB Business Banking App mobile facility.
KYC norms as per RBI guidelines:
KYC documents will be required only for those who are not already registered for DCB Business Internet Banking at the time of opening the Current/ Savings/ Overdraft/ Cash Credit/ Loan accounts.
Required KYC Documents:
A. Identity Proof (any one of the following)
• Proof of Aadhaar number
• Passport
• Voter ID Card
• Driving License
• Job card issued by NREGA duly signed by an officer of the State Government
• Letter issued by the National Population Register containing details of name and address
B. Address Proof (any one of the following)
• Proof of Aadhaar number
• Passport
• Voter ID Card
• Driving License
• Utility bills (electricity, water, gas, etc., not older than 2 months. Accepted only for entities, and not individuals)
• Land or Municipal Tax Receipt
• Pension or family pension payment orders (PPOs) issued to retired employees by government departments or Public Sector Undertakings, if these orders contain the address
• Letter of allotment of accommodation issued by the employer, for example: State Government, Central Government departments, statutory or regulatory bodies, PSU, SCB, financial institutions, companies listed on the stock exchange, and leave and license agreements with such employer that has allotted official accommodation.
Additional Notes:
For Minor: The guardian must provide their own ID proof along with the minor's documents.
For NRI: A resident visa and passport copies, duly attested by the Indian embassy, high commission or Notary Public, are required.
The login ID characteristics for DCB Business Banking App will be the same as DCB Business Internet Banking.
The login ID for DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App will be in the format - Customer ID.User ID. Both the Customer ID as well as the User ID will be assigned to you (each user) and your business, by the Bank after your application is processed successfully.
Customers who were already registered on DCB Business Internet Banking (BIB) and are newly applying for DCB Business Banking App (BBA) may use the same DCB BIB login ID and password to register for DCB BBA.
For reasons of security, this is not possible. Users cannot share email ID and mobile numbers amongst themselves, within a Customer ID.
Every business user within a Customer ID shall need an independent and unique mobile number and email address that is registered for their user ID in DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App. This, as stated earlier, is to ensure secure login and safe access of their accounts through DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App.
To bring about any modifications to your existing DCB Business Banking App profile, your business will need to fill in the below listed forms:
- DCB Business Internet and Mobile Banking Application form (DCB BIM Banking Application form)
- DCB Business Banking App – Activation Request Form (standalone form) for existing Business Internet Banking customers
- Board Resolution signed by all authorised signatories
- KYC documents (If applicable. Please refer to the KYC norms section below)
- Indemnity agreement (only if limit requested is more than ₹1 Crore)
- Any other documents if need be
For any modification to the existing DCB Business Banking App user profile, the forms stated here, need to be filled:

• Open the app and enter your DCB Business Internet Banking login credentials. The user ID should not be locked or expired in DCB Business Internet Banking
• Authenticate using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number and email address
• Complete SIM and device binding for your registered mobile number
• Set a secure MPIN and enable biometric login

Yes. Multiple authorised users within a customer ID may access the same business account with individual user credentials and defined permissions based on the role.
Every authorised user is assigned a unique user ID by the Bank. As a result, the combination of Customer ID and User ID will act as a unique login ID for each of these users within the Customer ID.
A user shall have the same user role and profile in DCB Business Banking App as in the one assigned in DCB Business Internet Banking.
If you are newly applying for both DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App, then your user role will be common across both the platforms.
User roles available in DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App are as follows. Customers may activate any role stated below, as per their requirement.
View only – Users having this role will be able to only view account information and transaction details with no access to initiate payments.
Maker only – Users having this user role will be able to initiate transactions such as initiate payments, add beneficiary, etc.
Checker only – Users with this access role will only be able to approve or reject the transactions initiated by maker users. They will not be able to initiate transactions except for Payment Gateway and Bill Payments.
Dual role – These users will have both making and checking rights. They will be able to initiate as well as authorise transactions. However, the app will not allow them to authorise the transactions initiated by themselves.
Single – Users with a mode of operation as Single or Anyone may initiate transactions without the need to approve or authorise it. The App processes their transactions without any authoriser.
Please write a email from the registered email address to customercare@dcb.bank.in or contact DCB Customer Care at +91 22-6899 7777, +91 40-68157777. After successful ‘over-the-call’ authentication, the maker or checker access will be overridden to ‘View only’ in DCB Business Banking App.
This will not affect the access roles setup for the customer in DCB Business Internet Banking.
In future, this override can also be lifted if requested by the customer which will result in the App assuming their role as per the one assigned in DCB Business Internet Banking.
Simply reset your MPIN using the “Forgot MPIN” option on the login screen.
You will need to follow these 3 authentication steps:
• Submit DCB Business Internet Banking login credentials
• Input the green PIN (OTP) sent to you registered mobile number and email address
• SIM and device binding
A successful validation all of three requirements, shall enable the app to allow you to reset MPIN.
Unlock your user ID using the “Unlock MPIN” option on the login screen. This link will only appear if your user ID has been locked.
You may opt for any 2 of the 3 authentication methods given below:
• Business Internet Banking credentials login
• Green PIN (OTP) sent to registered mobile number and email address
• Security questions (any 1 if registered in DCB Business Internet Banking)
If you can successfully validate any 2 of the above options, the app will unlock the user ID to enable you to login again.
Yes. The app will allow change of your MPIN during the logged in session. An MPIN once setup will remain valid for 180 days, post which the app will automatically prompt you to change it.
However, you may attempt to change the MPIN without the app requesting for it.
Access path: Open App > Dashboard > Profile > Change MPIN
The App will prompt to input your present MPIN. Post validation of your input, the app will prompt to setup the new MPIN and reconfirm it. Once done successfully, your new MPIN is now recorded in the App.
The App will help locate DCB Bank branch and ATM near your location, or any other city and State within the country. The App has this information in both logged in as well as non-logged in sessions.
Non-logged in session access path: Open App > Login Page > Branch Locator
In logged in session access path: Dashboard > Other services > Branch Locator
Click on this tab and locate branch and ATM on the map. If you click on any of the search results, the view will expand to display the name of the branch along with its address and contact details.
You will however have to grant permission to the App to access your device location to be able to use this feature.
You may also search for branches and ATM for other locations by selecting or entering the city and state location on the App.
Please navigate to the ’Manage Beneficiaries’ section in the quick links section. Select ‘Manage Beneficiary’, you shall find ‘Add’, ‘Modify’ or ‘Delete’ option to manage beneficiaries using MPIN and OTP authentication.
Customers with only View Access and Checker roles will be able to see ‘View Beneficiary’ tab as they will not be allowed to attempt any changes to the beneficiaries list.
A cooling off block - security feature is applied. Therefore, transaction is not possible instantaneously. Upon beneficiary addition or modifying existing beneficiary details, the App will apply a cooling-off period or transaction block to restrict and regulate the transfer of payments to the beneficiary.
Transaction block or cooling period rules:

This will apply to the beneficiaries added or modified on DCB Business Internet Banking as well as DCB Business Banking App. If the user attempts a transaction from DCB Business Banking App to the beneficiaries added or amended in DCB Business Internet Banking and vice versa, then this cooling period will apply in both scenarios.
Yes. DCB Business Mobile Banking App eases and simplifies the experience by providing an account balance summary for all accounts within the customer ID, on the dashboard.
It will display precise distinction between deposit accounts and loans, i.e., Current and Savings Bank and Loan accounts. The dashboard also displays the accounts tab from which the user can access account type balances as well as account wise summary and details.

Yes. Customers may access mini as well as detailed statements with the help of filters for their desired accounts and then download it to either their device or send it to their registered email address.
The account balance certificate is also available. It lists out in a presentable format all the deposit accounts within the customer ID, with the respective current balance and other account related details.
Access path to statements: Click through Dashboard > Accounts > Account > Account statements
The account statements screen will also display the transactions taken place in the last 10 days.
Access path mini statement: Click the > button on the Account card which will display the last 10 transactions on the account.
DCB Fixed Deposits offer a secure and dependable avenue to grow your hard-earned money. Along with attractive interest rates, flexible tenure options, and additional interest rate benefit for senior citizens, it provides a secure and lucrative path to grow one’s savings.
The DCB Business Banking App has the option to create Fixed and Recurring Deposit accounts right from the mobile device.
Access path: Dashboard > Other Services > Open Term Deposit
Click this icon (Open Term Deposit) to create Fixed or Recurring Deposit as needed.
Fixed Deposit
- Minimum amount to open FD: ₹10,000
- Tenure: Short-term (7 days) to long-term (10 years)
- Interest pay-out choice: Earn simple interest and chose the duration after which to receive the interest amount. Interest amount received monthly, quarterly (every 3 months), half-yearly (every 6 months), annually, or at upon maturity of the FD.
- Features: Flexible tenures and automatic renewal option
Recurring Deposit
- Minimum Deposit per month: ₹500
- Tenure: Flexible tenure ranging from 1 year to 10 years
- Features: Attractive interest rate, payment flexibility
However, the App will not allow premature- closure of the Fixed or Recurring Deposit. Premature closure is done at any DCB Bank branch.
After the deposit is created, the Deposit confirmation may be downloaded from the App.
Yes. The DCB Business Banking App has the feature to download FD advice for the particular Deposit account.
Access Path: Dashboard > Accounts > Fixed Accounts > FD Advice.
Fixed Deposit advice can either be downloaded in .pdf and .xlsx formats or sent to the registered email address in .pdf format.
Yes. Transaction limits are set based on your business account type and can be customised upon request through your relationship manager or branch.
The same limits assigned to your account in DCB Business Internet Banking will apply to your user ID profile on DCB Business Mobile Banking App.
3 types of limits are applicable to you in both DCB Business Internet Banking and Business Banking App:
Per day transaction limit (Limit set at Customer ID level): Total transaction limit allowed within a day.
Per transaction limit (Limit set at User ID level): Total transaction limit allowed for a single transaction.
Payment gateway limit (per day limit for payment gateway transactions): Total transaction limit allowed for payment gateway transactions within a day.
Limits will be common and mutually inclusive for DCB Business Internet Banking as well as Business Banking App in the sense that user utilisation will reduce the corporate and user limits simultaneously on both platforms.
The Business Banking App will allow you to reduce and increase your user level limits within the App, but will restrict enhancing the amount greater than the amount approved by the Bank in DCB Business Internet Banking. These modified limits will apply solely to your transaction initiation and approval usage in Business Banking App and will not affect your limits in DCB Business Internet Banking.
Yes. Single and bulk transaction approval and batch payments are supported for users with appropriate permissions. You may, both view and approve or reject the Bulk Transactions in the DCB Business Mobile Banking app. The application will assume and replicate the access roles assigned to the customers in the DCB Business Internet Banking application for ease and convenience.
The App supports internal fund transfer, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, utility bills and tax payments.
Yes. The application facilitates the scheduling of one time as well as recurring payments to the desired beneficiaries with frequency and number of instalments as required.
You may also choose to stop these payments at the start or in midst of the recurring transaction series.
To schedule payment, access path: Dashboard > Transfer type > Select accounts > Mode of Payment > Scheduled Payment toggle switch
To view existing scheduled transfers, access path: Dashboard > Other Services > Scheduled Payments
Yes. You can certainly stop or modify any existing scheduled payment transaction.
Please remember that edit or modify work only for those scheduled payments that are yet to be executed by the App.
To view existing scheduled transfers, access path: Dashboard > Other Services > Scheduled Payments
On clicking on the Scheduled Payments tab within Other Services on Dashboard, you will be directed to a screen displaying 2 sections – One Time Transfer and Recurring Transfers.
These sections will display any existing scheduled transfers for the selected account number.
Click any existing scheduled one time or recurring payment series. The scheduled transfer record will expand to display 3 action buttons: Edit, Stop and Delete. You can only stop a transfer record which still has a future payment date.
While modifying a scheduled transfer, you can only modify the amount, scheduled type, frequency, number of instalments, and the last transfer date. The App will not allow you to modify the debit account number, beneficiary account number, transaction type, and mode of payment
Yes. The App will trigger a payment advice containing key details of the transaction to the beneficiary email address, once the transaction has been successfully processed and a transaction reference ID/ UTR number is generated in the system. Payment advice will not be generated for failed or rejected transactions.
For the App to trigger a payment advice to the beneficiary, you will have to save the beneficiary’s email address in the Manage Beneficiaries tab.
Access path to add: Dashboard > Manage Beneficiaries > Add + > Within DCB/ Outside DCB > Add Beneficiary email ID
Access path to modify: Dashboard > Manage Beneficiaries > Select existing beneficiary > Edit Modify Beneficiary email ID
You can also resend payment advice to beneficiaries much later too, post the transaction being processed from the History tab.
Access path to resend payment advice: Dashboard > Select successful transaction > click Resend Payment Advice
Payment advice can be resent only for successful processed transactions for beneficiaries whose email address is registered in the App.
Yes. Just the same as DCB Business Internet Banking, DCB Business Banking App too allows users to place request for new cheque book, right from your mobile device.
Access path cheque book request: Dashboard > Other Services > Order cheque book > Select any operative account
The App will display your registered address to which the new cheque book shall be delivered. Once the confirmation is received, you will receive the new cheque book within the next 7 working days at the registered postal address.
Yes. Just the same as with DCB Business Internet Banking, DCB Business Banking App too allows its users to request for stop cheque payment from the mobile device.
Access path stop cheque: Dashboard > Other Services > Stop Cheque payment > Select any operative account > Select single cheque/ multiple cheque
Depending on the requirement, you can either feed a single cheque number or a series of cheques numbers and confirm the stop cheque request The stop cheques payment request will get executed only if the cheque is not already passed in the cheque clearance process.
The App is free to download and use. Transactions initiated through the DCB Business Banking App and DCB Business Internet Banking are free of any charges.
Immediately contact DCB Customer Care at +91 22-6899 7777, +91 40-68157777 or email customercare@dcb.bank.in to block access to your mobile banking account. Also, ensure your mobile SIM is blocked to prevent misuse.
If the application has been left idle for about 10 minutes, the Business Banking App logged in session automatically expires and the user gets automatically logged out of the application.
However, if the session expires immediately after logging-in, then close the application completely and open it again or uninstall and reinstall the App. Please also do check whether the device supports the application version and the anti-virus software in your device is original and copyrighted.
Yes, you can access the App globally. Ensure your registered mobile number is active for OTP and security alerts.
